I had dealt with noisy neighbors and IT IS a disturbance. police officers respond to domestic violence which is a disturbance to neighbors because of the noises from a domestic violence but nothing is done to put a lid to noisy neighbors. I had the same problem and been getting the property owner's attention about the problem for 3 years. finally, the property owner had gotten rid of a noisy neighbor other people had also reported to the property owner.

IF SOMEONE HAS to have a an intervention JUST for the upstairs or side neighbor then THAT is just stupid. WHY does ANYONE have to suffer or go to a fkn shrink just for a loud neighbor? I applaud the guy :D

If you would have seen the entire Trial, you would know what an animal Hough was. Not one person in the entire neighborhood had even ONE complaint about the young man that lived there (Feichner) the other two were visitors, sitting in the driveway.

I'm currently living below two ghetto trash families and the noise hear is so UNBELIEVABLE that I don't think I can give you the details without getting angry. It's to the point where from now on I'm just going to avoid living in all black neighborhoods for the REST OF MY LIFE and just go where there's lots and lots of diversity because that ''stick with your own race'' advice is BULLSHIT TO THE FULLEST!!! Integration is the way to go so fuck people and their segregated lifestyles!!!

What the hell youre suppose to do.
When cops come they say they cant do anything because its not a crime, its a Civil matter, you ask them for help, and the cops brush you off.
then when you keep calling 911 for help, the cops tell you , you will be arrested for calling 911 for non criminal situations.
You talk to the landlord, but the landlord does nothing and says he is not a baby sitter.
Nobody helped him at all.
and cops don't care,they just want to eat donuts and drive around.
