@ballsislife Each station lasted 4:00 and there were 4 players in each group. They were to get as many reps as possible within that time frame. They went through this one time.
@DawgFL The ropes work on core/shoulder/grip strength as well as cardiovascular conditioning. You can get them from Gilman Gear (tell them I sent you!). A 6 lb. med ball can be appropriate if you are strong enough... you shouldn't have to strain too hard when finishing it though. The ones we used the video are 3 lbs. and still tough!
