  • My goal is to go to this school...

  • So they when they train strength, they train like 1 or 2 hour.. And that`s all for rest of the day, they don`t play bbal, or some other workout.. Just strength ant that`s it ?

  • @bballer548 Our strength workouts are only 45-60 minutes... and most days they something else also...

  • wealthy school

  • @NBAanklebreaker "To whom much is given; much is expected." Our players EARN everything they have...

  • Where can I get the elastic bands that can hook unto your ankles?

  • @DrHooper24 The ones if the video are from SPARQ. The mini-bands in some of the other videos are from Perform Better.

  • what else do you do in your job other than taking Dematha basketball thru workouts and making DVDs and workout programs(eg MVP)???

  • @thenextprototype I train individual players, work camps, speak at clinics, etc.

  • How many times did they go through this??

  • @ballsislife Each station lasted 4:00 and there were 4 players in each group. They were to get as many reps as possible within that time frame. They went through this one time.

  • Which options are there for international kids who would like to play at DeMatha?

  • @MrChrall Simply contact the admissions department or head coach (Mike Jones)! Thanks!

  • What type of low hurdles are you using?

  • @ritchie1219 Those are adjustable hurdles made by Nike SPARQ. They can adjust from 6" to 12".

  • Coach, you are The Man!!

  • @123ThatOneGuy123 Thanks, I appreciate your support. I am very thankful to do what I do for a living!

  • the 2 white ropes, what do they work on, and where can i find some.

also i have a 6.6lb medicine ball, is it safe to practice finishing with it?

  • @DawgFL The ropes work on core/shoulder/grip strength as well as cardiovascular conditioning. You can get them from Gilman Gear (tell them I sent you!). A 6 lb. med ball can be appropriate if you are strong enough... you shouldn't have to strain too hard when finishing it though. The ones we used the video are 3 lbs. and still tough!

  • @StrongerTeamDotCom Thanks for replying, and I live in Canada so I dont think there are any "Gilman Gear". Unfortuneatly.

  • @DawgFL Are you sure they don't ship to Canada?

  • @StrongerTeamDotCom i will check

  • Nice circuit Coach Stein. Thanks for sharing. Keep the clips coming.

  • @SMARTERTeamTraining Thanks, will do!

  • do you guys take international students?

  • @Terelle95 Yes, we welcome any player who is a serious, committed, student-athlete!

  • wat grade is kelvin howard in?

  • @BlackGuyfromOhio Kelvin is a sophomore and is going to be one heck of a player! Great work ethic!

  • nice circuit coach..

were those yellow balls (used in the low post lay up drill) medicine balls??

  • @DdotRedd Yes, they are Heavy Trainer Basketballs (made by KBA). They weigh about 3 pounds...
