Josh Smith, Tracy McGrady, Andrew Bynum, Rashard Lewis, Al Harrington, Jermaine Oneal, Amare Stoudemire, Tyson Chandler, Louis Williams all came out of high school. It really comes down to if your willing to do what it takes to be a successful NBA player. Working your ass off day in day out. College would of helped without a doubt but he still wouldn't be a great player by now. And it didn't take Kobe long to develop considering he was 17 when he came in and was averaging 20ppg his 3rd year.
