Great vid! I like the light-heartedness. I'm a big Eccleston fan and loved the darker Doctor but there was still a sense of playfulness to him sometimes. Love the song too... might borrow it for a Stargate vid one of these days. Your vids never fail to entertain me! I should be jealous but I enjoy them too much and they always get me thinking about something I might try (not that I ever find the time to vid -- too busy watching other folks' stuff).

he did get the part for a second season. the team wanted two or three from him but he said no. didn't wanna b typecast. if he had done 2 or 3 he would be everyones doctor.

WOOT! Christopher Eccleston as the Ninth Doctor!

I do love David Tennant, but Christopher Eccleston was my first ever dose of Doctor Who, and he endeared me almost immediately. I miss him at times. It would be quite awesome if the Tenth Doctor met up with the Ninth. Somehow I see serious fireworks erupting between the two of them.

Yes, it would be funny to see if they got along with each other! Although the ninth doctor didn't really look like a timelord, he was brilliantly played by Chris Eccleston. I didn't like him at first, but he was the sort of character that kind of...grows on you after a while. The Tenth Doctor is pretty cool, though. Yes, I miss the Ninth as well, we just saw so little of him, he disappeared to soon. Oh well!

I'll agree with that, now having seen other timelords, Chris Eccleston does kind of stick out like a sore thumb. BUT I like to think of him as the only Doctor with good fashion sense, the kind of sense that puts away the suit. ^_^ And there were lines delivered by Chris that just wouldn't work with David.

WOW!!! Very cool! This reminds me of just how much I loved the Ninth Doctor (kudos to Christopher Eccleston), especially his interactions with Rose. I think that when our intrepid star-crossed travelers meet again in Series Four, the Tenth Doctor might regain some of his predecessor's more enjoyable quirks.
