  • Great stuff. Wonderful live band.

  • And one more thing...why the hell aren't the people dancing?

  • 'Cause the venue was not fitting for this kind of music and most people where old geezers, like me LOL!

And what about Pyoing, that little gem...Maybe Yoy Mandala is something you'll like, those can be found on the album Swirly Termination.

Dissolution on their album Pungent Effulgent.

A Gift of Wings on Erpland. Astro Cortex, Yog-Bar-Og and Shima Koto are brilliant tracks from Arborescence.

But hey, I'm prejudiced, I'm crazy about the Ozrics...Have all of their stuff and more...

  • I only have this album, and this song is my favourite from it because of the psy rock-out ending with the rolling bass...proper rocks!

Have the Ozrics made other tracks that have that rolling bass thing like you hear a lot in psy-trance?

I've a feeling a lot of psy-trance is influenced by the Ozrics.

  • The Jurassic Shift album is definitely one of their best albums. The rolling bass thing is regularly present with the Ozrics...But it's probably the most present in this track. A different style, but very psy-trance is Afroclonck at the end. Or Curious Corn, both from the album Curious Corn. Try the live version of Sultana Detrii on their Pyramidion album. And Pixel dream in the same album.

  • go and buy at least one Melting Euphoria cd. They are very similar to Ozric Tentacles. Maybe a little slower. They are also similar to Hawkwind. Magma and Aphrodities Child(Vangelis was their keyboardist) are great prog rock bands as well.

  • JESUS H CRIST!!!!! Is this venue Goudvishal? Or how ever you spell it?!? Funny coincidence as I'm a huge OT fan, and I've been to Goudvishal twice as a sound-engineer myself..:) Arnhem is such a nice town!!!

  • I'm afraid not Goudvishal...A tiny bit smaller...

  • @Scirzo This isn't Goudvishal, but Willemeen. I was there. OT was great!

  • thank you very much mr. Scirzo! poor qualty, nevertheless - GENIUS!

  • Sound is decent, I think. Don't be fooled by the first notes...
