i thought all this shows are just fake,until i saw this....i know the forest and I DON'T DARE to go into it...lots people never came back from it,even reporters and filmmakers !People who live near by the forest never go there,even if they lost cows or sheep don't go in there because they are very very scared of it.These guys were really fortunate to be able to came back.

There was unexplainable activities going on this whole episode; roof on a plane just randomly flying off, random circle in the middle of the woods, guy getting thrown like 50 ft out of the clearing, etc.

I'm not inventing this things...are real. Strange is that those ppls are old ones like 70, 80 years old and they are ABSOLUTLY convinced of what they are doing. This things are made in secret because is illegal to violate a grave.

In my opinion...what this video shows is named "IELELE" here in Romania. They are spirits of girls wich can drive you nuts..can kidnap you and you can hear them laughting, speaking or singing. If americans just want some fun and subjects for this king of TV shows we romanian have no reason to lie and invent about this things.
I get really frustrated sometimes when they say that they see something in front of them for just a second but the camera is too late to catch it. I wish that their head camera things would also have a camera facing out so that it was like you could see exactly what they did. I bet that there would be a lot more evidence to back up their personal experiences.
I don't think it real cuz if those scratches were real i think he be bleeding at least a lot more than that and also sometime they always pull the camera and all that other crap.so yeah my opinion i guess.xD

@AmurgAprins Well do you have the money to stay at these places for a week, let a lone enough money for 24/7 Electronic support. E.g. Batteries and that sort of stuff? You prolly don't. And money is tight for the time being. So I understand why they don't. And I was also making a generalization of all the shows... @Soudasone Just Google the city "Cluj-Napoca" Romania, once you get there it's very easy to find the forest.It's not that "remote" like they said in this episode :)People go there for picnic all the time, thing is they don't need to go deep into the forest .Paranormal experiences are subjective and don't happen all the time.

hehe i liked this show but is a show. i grew up in Cluj ( romania ) near Hoia Baciu Forest (2 miles south) and there were always romanian journalists interested in that forest. one famous story tells about 3 of them trying to pass through the forest by car and they saw a carriage vanishing in front of their eyes in daytime and when they came back to town their hand watches and the car one showed a different time with 2 hours delay compared with real time. - so they got lost in time :)

ok, so my personal opnion as too why nothing is growing in this circal is because it is a massive, very strong spiritual portal, probly a demonic portal, considering that so many people are dissapearing here, and the images seen, such as what lokos too be torches, or some kinde of fire, as well as the screaches, hoot's and howls that you can here. i make the opinion also based on the fact that one of the dt team members get's thrown, and has claw marks on his arm after.
I the segment when the guy gets carried away, where is the footage from his camera from his point of view. They show the video of him from a distance, but where is the footage of the camera that is attached to him? Does it shut off or they wont show it?

There is dangerous wildlfe in Romania. Years past I was planning a vacation there & researched it. From memory, there are bear, wild boar, & wild cat that roam the wilderness. It is a possibility that one of the 3 mentioned could have grabbed him. If anyone from Romania reads this, perhaps you can comment on this. Then again, it may have been entirely paranormal.

@pinworms70 well first off radiation isnt possible since radioactive particles would have to be all through the soil and such and since the tests didnt show any radiation in the soil obviously radiation is ruled out and secondly it would be almost impossible for humans to make a perfect circle in the woods and keep things from growing without using some sort of mass plant killer in the soil which would probably get out of hand and kill the whole forest =)

At 6.45 the frame rate of the video slows way down, like stop frame animation- look at the green and black pixels in the background fluctuate at slow frame rate. So obviously it will appear like he suddenly disappeared with such a slow frame rate. The rest of the video ran at normal frame rate.
The frame rate slows way down from the preceding footage which was footage from josh's camera and the guy's front mounted camera, which both look clear and normal. It seems like the camera that captured all the action has a a very poor frame rate compared to all the other cameras. Pretty damn convenient. No need to get your panties in a knot.
Nothing caused the slow frame rate. That particular camera just happened to film at a slow frame rate, either because it is an awful camera (which seems terribly convenient) or because they altered the frame rate of the the footage for that camera (which would be deception).
No disrespect intended, but you know that "nothing" caused the slow frame rate, etc. how? Are you part of the production crew/post-production? I think without knowing for certain, that's an assumption.
I'm not saying nothing caused the slow frame rate. What I did say was that it could either a horrible camera or it could be that they purposely slowed down the frame rate of the footage from that camera. Yes, these are 2 assumptions, but they are valid assumptions given that their other cameras have normal frame rates.

ok, so my personal opnion as too why nothing is growing in this circal is because it is a massive, very strong spiritual portal, probly a demonic portal, considering that so many people are dissapearing here, and the images seen, such as what lokos too be torches, or some kinde of fire, as well as the screaches, hoot's and howls that you can here. i make the opinion also based on the fact that one of the dt team members get's thrown, and has claw marks on his arm after.

I the segment when the guy gets carried away, where is the footage from his camera from his point of view. They show the video of him from a distance, but where is the footage of the camera that is attached to him? Does it shut off or they wont show it?

You have to understand too. After the guy was pulled, or whatever. People started getting sick. He had to make a judgement call, and he got everyone out of there, and back toward safety.

@unsought umm..i wasn't talking about this single episode.that was a judgment call and if was josh i would have also done the same.i'm talking about the series generally.cause i've seen almost every episode.and they haven't been able to find any actual creature.only evidences.the ghost episodes specially the dolls of lusca island were amazing.this episode is not entirely bad..but how the hell can he just be thrown so far man! and ya i don't i have anything to say that they are fakin.

@DBZKRN Of course you can have opinions. I was just asking why you thought it was fake, for my own speculation. I was looking for reasons why it was fake... I don't know. This episode gave me chills the first time I saw it. The lack of full uncut footage of him being pulled out of the field is the only thing that makes me think it's fake.
I just misunderstood what you were trying to say, and was trying to start a discussion. I never meant to imply that you weren't entitled an opinion.

ok... wtf just happen.Did a big animal grab him?Based on this he was pulled up with a tremendous force...Big black bear? Something happen, it does not compute well, does not seem logical atm. @AlbertaWildman I believe there are Bears in that part of the Romania, possibly that whats grab him.Trying to rule a scientific explanation, because if the camera was in the center if would show more information, but he was sitting on the far left, does not show to much.Perhaps there is something going on.

I'm from Romania....and people refuse to talk about this subject,many people dissapeared there,many returned with mental ilnesses...
The orbs are verry frequent there...but there are sightings of an old man with deep blue eyes that haunts the roads around the forest,heard rumours of the dangers of camping there,animal growls,strange fog which dissapears instantly.
Some say the forest is calling out for you....

Been only to the areas near it,it's easy to get there,but it's really strange once you stay longer...heard numerous accounts of an old man who could haunt the roads near the forrest so i didn't try my luck venturing too far:(
But i tell you there's something in the air...like you're not welcomed there,lights at night have been sighted near a village there,also we have an electromagnetic anom,aly in Romania which determines cars to go up hill by themselves(Vrancea Fall i think)

Suddenly, my granpa followed a small light that didn't stop wandering away and suddenly the orb went out! My granpa found himself alone in a pitch blackness. Instead, he strip himself nude, turned and wore his clothes inside-out. What he got was a stench-like smell and malevolent laughter, but he safely found his way back to base camp.

There is dangerous wildlfe in Romania. Years past I was planning a vacation there & researched it. From memory, there are bear, wild boar, & wild cat that roam the wilderness. It is a possibility that one of the 3 mentioned could have grabbed him. If anyone from Romania reads this, perhaps you can comment on this. Then again, it may have been entirely paranormal.

Lol, they should not have put the lame 'reaction shot' of that guy getting snatched. Their responses to someone literally disappearing off camera are a little bit forced. The reactions to the 'roof' coming off the plane (which was staged btw) is a little better. Still, a fun and entertaining show to watch. At least they go at it tongue in cheek and not all serious like the phony Ghosthunters.

Also, in addition to radiation it could be even a more simple explanation...Humans. Clearing a part of a forest for camping or more logically so they can hunt (see game come into clearing = clear shot). Oh wait, nevermind that level headed logic, its alien ghosts... :P

@pinworms70 well first off radiation isnt possible since radioactive particles would have to be all through the soil and such and since the tests didnt show any radiation in the soil obviously radiation is ruled out and secondly it would be almost impossible for humans to make a perfect circle in the woods and keep things from growing without using some sort of mass plant killer in the soil which would probably get out of hand and kill the whole forest =)

At 6.45 the frame rate of the video slows way down, like stop frame animation- look at the green and black pixels in the background fluctuate at slow frame rate. So obviously it will appear like he suddenly disappeared with such a slow frame rate. The rest of the video ran at normal frame rate.

The frame rate slows way down from the preceding footage which was footage from josh's camera and the guy's front mounted camera, which both look clear and normal. It seems like the camera that captured all the action has a a very poor frame rate compared to all the other cameras. Pretty damn convenient. No need to get your panties in a knot.

Nothing caused the slow frame rate. That particular camera just happened to film at a slow frame rate, either because it is an awful camera (which seems terribly convenient) or because they altered the frame rate of the the footage for that camera (which would be deception).

I'm not saying nothing caused the slow frame rate. What I did say was that it could either a horrible camera or it could be that they purposely slowed down the frame rate of the footage from that camera. Yes, these are 2 assumptions, but they are valid assumptions given that their other cameras have normal frame rates.
