@SuperGmodkid It is actually oil. There was graffiti for many years in here, and the land owner thought by dumping oil on the walls it would prevent it.
hah I was wondering what they looked like on the inside. I saw the news the other day where they talked about a new development planned for that place..you'd think they would have been restored like Fort Rodd Hill but ah well
