First of all many insurance companies require proof of purchase on most anything that you are looking to replace.

Another thing that I've heard is that they will have a "specialist" look into what it would cost to replace as many items as possible. I have a feeling they would try to replace sealed games with loose.

They also don't cover acts of god.
