  • @chick8526 I have ashma too but if you start of my speed walking or lightly jogging at a slow and steady pace you can work up to being able to run a 5k!! Just while your excersizing take slow deep breaths. Ofcourse you won't be used to it so the first few times use an inhaler after. Make sure before and after a workout you have carbs, protein, and LOTS of water! Good luck!! (this WILL work!)

  • @TifferssTooTheeMaxx Hey don't worry about it try hitting the gym every now and then, and walk for about 1hour everyday. Walking everyday is great for fast weightloss and it doesn't have to be that intense in the beginning just make sure you do it for one hour straight! :)

  • Trust, there's no problem with your thighs. Take it from a guy who's in college myself....but I gotta admit, i'd take some time working on those glutes.

  • The trick now is maintenance.keep working out even while in school,it can be done ,mainly because you got to do it and once you get use to putting just one hr a day into it you'll do just fine.Once exercise becomes a habit you got it licked .even if you occasional slip and or even quit for a while.Regularity is the key and dedication is the answer to getting what you want i guarantee it.

  • @Oraldragons wellll... i dont think so. i think its best to be skinny even if you have small boobs. you just look better that way than having all this fat around you. thats jsut gross looking and it looks like you dont take care of yourself. i have gained a little bit of wight and i am now 125 pounds and im about 5'4/5'5 and im 15. im definatly not fat but im getting a little bit of a stomach and my boobs wont budge. their still small. id rather just be skiny. so im going on a diet

  • @nicolexxlove332 Dont go on a diet. Just exercise and eat healthier. Theres no point of keeping track of what you're eating cause you'll only gain weight by the end of the day. Heck maybe you'll even eat more than before.

    I just stopped eating junk food and stopped drinking alcohol and soda...

    I eat lots of fruits, veggies, nuts, and lean protein now. I'm averaging about 1500 calories and I run for about 30 mins-1 hr everyday.

    I think I'll just stop sucking in my stomach in my future videos.

    Besides, I've been there and done that. Anorexia is NOT the way to go.

    Actually my original intent for posting these videos was to keep me motivated and at the same time inspire young adolescent girls to lose weight the healthy way.

    But I think your problem is not your thighs but your stomach... To lose fat on the belly, only one solution : reduce what you eat (at the dinner especially) and make exercices to make it flat.

  • Eating healthy is only part of what you need to do. IF you don't workout, it will take forever and the weight loss will not be noticeable. Your stomach though doesn't look at wide in this video. Good luck
