  • @Peacock2613,i mostly do Pakistani recipes and can best explain in Pakistani language. All of these recipes are going to be in English as well. To search for them pl type ENG in front of the name in Google it will come up if its already there. At the other hand all the ingredients are mentioned in English.

  • hi dear baji...the reason for smothing out the dough in this way (as u said u dont know k aisay kun neat kia jata hy dough ko) wht i noticed is tht jab mainay normal way me atay ki tarhan neat kia tha dough ko..tou wo soft aur spongy nahi tha, aur jab mainay iss tarhan sy neat kia tha jaisy apnay is video me...tou dough kafi airy and soft thi. its just a personal experience other wise em not sure abt it.

    one more thing i have gas oven there r 2 burners on the top and lower

    after preheating the oven,should i on just lower one or both(top burner in oven)

    its my 1st time of making pizza so i am confuse plz rply me

  • @ummaaliyaan top one is usually grill, and you can not close it when its on, lower one is oven, because heat stays at the highest pont so if lower flame is on the top rack will be hotest.

  • @imaan577, bohot shukriyah. mujhey to bas thora bohot he pakana wakana aata hai. mera dekhan aur cheezon ki taraf ziyadah rehta hai :) ye hai keh cooking to her khatoon ki he zaroorat hai. to thora bohot aana chahiye. mujhey waqt bohot kam milta hai to bus zaroorat ki had tak guzara hai :) is waqt deck aur beramde pain ker rahi hoon sab haath pair paint se bhare hain aur kuch naheen hai khane ko :)

  • ok will try it this way :) i usually make this with a touch of salt n sugar, some garlic and almost half the quantity of oregano u used. dried herbs r pretty strong. n i use fresh basil.

  • @waguzzlox, acha i have noticed that i dont find any thing missing in this pizza. it feels right. try it and see.

  • Baji thanks for the recipe, ik farmaish hai keh aap plz plz plz hamain lasagna ki recipe batayain, even if you havent made it before mujhay yakeen hai kai no -one can make it like you would ( with spices ) ik aap hi meri akhri hope ho, i make all your recipes and my family love it, sirf aik lasagne ki desi recipe nahin mil rahi :(

  • @hudanaaz, bilkul theek kaha tum ne :) raat bohot ho gaye thi aur main thak bho gaye thi, pair kate sara din chain saw se to dil naheen kiya ke machine nikaloon dhooon zara se kaam ke liye :)

  • i always use mozarella cheese , lkin bajia mein jab bhi sauce lagtati hum pizza pe to kono tak lagati hun it tastes much better

  • @komalsunny8889, thats not the way its made, you must have a crust on the sides. aakhri bites side ke plain hisse ke bohot khas taste rakhte hain. i love them :)

  • i love making pizza, almost aise hee banati hun, bus sauce main white pepper bhi dati hun, aur toppings tu jaise apne kaha sab apni marzi ki :) chicken k 2 pieces le k zara sa pani, food color aur tez masala daal k chota chota kat k dalti hun, waise bajia ghar main banay hue pizza ki dough boht yummy hoti hay...

  • Aate mein 'Gluten' yaani ki lacheelapan stretch karke fold karne se aata hai isliye isey aise gootha jaata hai. Har bread ke aate ko aise hi gootha jaata hai.

  • @Bajiascooking : Khushka isliye lagta hai kyonki ye thoda geela ata gootha jaata hai, to chipke nahi aur hum der tak goothte hue gluten form kar sakein isliye aise karte hain. Maine jab US mein baking ke kai videos dekhe tab ye baat samjhi. Hamein stretch effect chahiye hota hai jo roti se alag hota hai.

  • @bajiascooking sach to kabhi ghalat naheen hota,mera ishara us baat ki tarf tha jis par comment no 3 hai. pizza looks perfecto, must be yummy too main bhi banati hoon pizza but us main egg bhi dalta hai or us main gondha naheen jata, just rakh dain raise honay ko or phir bana lain :) pehlay 1 week sawayan resist karti rahi hoon kah na hi banoon, ab aap nay yah imtihaan dal dia hai sar pay, ab yah to shayad bana hi loon, beti ko bohat pasand hai. thanks for sharing :) it looks mouth watering

  • @TheFlashyGamer eak raaz ki baat bataoon :) mere janne wale sab yeh jante hain ke main ne sirf pehli 2 lines he perhni hain, aur main ne keh rakha hai keh sari IMP batain pehli 2 lines main likha karo :) ab to yeh haal hai keh lafz bhi eak eak phalang ker perhti hoon :) sawayyon ka to mat poocho, beti us roz se taras rahi hai ke aur banao. tum bhi kal bana lo aur main bhi :)
