Alan Scott isn't quite as big as he was in the old days, but those four are Earth's GLs and the main ones to know. Some of the alien Lanterns are also worth knowing since they are pivotal characters.

The Green Lantern series 3 set comes with Sinestro in his Corps uniform so I'd have to say that.

The Hal I showed here is pretty good in terms of scale. You can either get him in the Series 1 set (Green Lantern, not Blackest Night) or in a box set that also comes with Abin Sur, Tomar Re and a damages Manhunter. My only complaint with the one from the box set is he has a very orange tan that looks off.
