  • Well, the previous owner was idiot as evidenced by that sticker in that room. What a doofus. Not Jim, but the owner payed a million for that piece of crap...

  • What a dumb bumper sticker, says a lot about the previous owners. There are so many stupid generalizations of liberals. You ask one of these people what is a liberal exactly and they will reply, "Oh, someone who is a communist and hates America...'It's just so stupid. Well, I may be a liberal but I can tell you I work hard and do not want to be living of off the system.

  • Like your videos Jim. My area this one might sell for 100k, you can buy a home here in North Ca. 7,000 sq. 5 acres view for 300 degrees, fully loaded custom home, built in 2009 for 900k. Homes in Dec 2005 here selling for 850 now are 385,homes that were 200k selling for 70k, some thrashed some clean move in ready.

  • what a bunch of 'bull roar'

  • Jim, what would the Realtor make in commissions on this one....6% or $60,000?

    Unbelievable!

  • Finally sold on May 12th for $525,000. Even then, that's a lot of money to live right across the street from the freeway.

  • Liberals love using freeways, that's why it sold for so much in the first place. Do you think liberals want to burn calories & walk?

  • That's about as random a comment as I've seen.

    1. Liberals are stereotypically for public transit, not for cars with pollution.

    2. The guy who paid a million dollars was clearly a conservative. Didn't you see the anti-liberal sticker in one of the bedrooms?

  • @Geotpf Oh, I saw the sticker & I thought it was hypocritical too.

  • wow - Jim should have his own TV show....

  • exposing the harsh awful truth to our real estate market. good job again jim

  • Worth about $185k

  • what a piece of crap. one million dollars. surprised it wasn't completely financed. sounded like an inside purchase to skim the liquidity. great commentary as always.

  • People wonder how our economy could fall so fast.

  • $575K? "Optimistic" doesn't begin to describe that price.

  • $925k x 3% carrying cost on a neg-am gives $2300/mo expenses before the recast. Prolly could rent for that much in 2006, no?

  • this is why they call it a bubble I guess, people went completely crazy ...
