You pointed the laser at the guys face (the smoker) when he isnt wearing goggles. One false move and he gets permanent eye damage in the form of a black spot. Worse yet if it had hit the optic nerve thats permanent blindness

You shouldn't make lasers or give them away (illegally) if you have no fucking clue about safety

If you had actually paid attention, the laser was clearly at an angle where it would only hit the cigarette. The guys making these videos have more a clue about safety than a lot of people, and they would've been smart enough to shut it off if he was going to move more than an inch.

And since when were giveaways illegal?

Hundreds of companies give things away, and it's not like this laser can be used to do anything stupid that isn't illegal.

Damage caused by it is not Kipkay's fault.
