yeah, not the way it's supposed to be, the only things different is the short trigger stick and the buried stick holding the trigger stick in place.
you need a longer trigger and no resting stick, the trigger is supposed to be supported on the bottom of the weight, the resting stick ruins the idea by ruining the flat crushing surface needed for this trap, wouldn't work.

Thats so great. Its such a simple yet effective dead-fall. That could definitely be made very easily and quickly in a survival situation. Great job!
