It's says a lot about the world when a German man can create such beautiful Japanese music that sounds like an authentic Japanese song. The fact that cultures can mix like this gives me hope that the world can one day have peace. Hans Zimmer is the best!

Hans Zimmer has a lot of Japanese instruments and elements included in his symphonies, but thats as close as he gets ;)

Come on man, settle down. I'm not saying there is no need for respect, loyalty, courage and the search of perfection or that there is no need for samurai period. What I am saying is that the samurai dont exist as what they were mainly created for, which was to protect their daimyos or in other words their king. Beleive me I have the upmost respect for the samurai and the ninja, but the real reason they were created for does not exist anymore.

@wolfur1 I feel the exact same way. I absolutely have no idea what it is but I've been obsessed with Japan since 6th grade. Now I'm a senior. I tell everyone at school that I'm Japanese when I'm clearly not. I can't wait to study abroad!

I don't want to be in college for like 8 years trying to get my degree in business then another 4 years in culinary school ( I might as well become a doctor if I'm going for 8 years!) You should look into it. :D I hear ya on the spending years in school for one little degree that wont be the main core thing for your life. Btw what I found out is you can do like one class a month + one  culinary class and it still counts! XD The one I looked into was keiser university but I am sure there are more out there.

Only a portion of North Eastern Japan was affected. Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya and other cities are all running smoothly. Still, it is quite sad. :(
