I think the story goes like this.

in the beginning, he shows things from his childhood. around #15, he shows his things during his school years. Around this time, he starts to smoke (28). Around 30, he meets a girl who ends up being his gf. 30 on are some of the gifts he gave her. Supposedly, Bing proposes to her, but she rejects him through a letter she gives him (47). The bunny (48) is what she gives to him as a 'goodbye'. Bing (drunk) decides to kill her. He keeps her dress, necklace, etc.
