I had struck up a phone friendship with someone in Dave's office because the first tickets that were sent to me arrived a week after the show aired, so they made it up to me with THESE tickets, and I was able to find out in advance who the guests for THIS show would be.

Letterman was good from 82 until 2000 then he went on his Bush bash and Palin hate campaign and he failed to be funny (im no fan of either) but he went downhill badly .
