I got an autographed record by Sandii in 1982, and only 2 weeks after Japan's final UK concert in Hammersmith, I managed to go and live around the corner from them while they lived in Stanhope Gardens. No mean feat by an ordinary Dutch fan - although I'm most certainly not Nineke as featured in Mick's book, that woman's name was Tineke!
