  • I am so happy as one of the healers of brain disease, that is psychotherapist,

and a recovering brain disease person. No kidding, me too.

  • This film brings a very important message that everyone needs to hear. It will be shown on October 19, 2010 at the Ames, Iowa Public Library, 7:00 P.M. in connection with Mental Illness Awareness Week by NAMI Central Iowa. Contact namiofci@aol.com for more information and services offered in Central Iowa.

  • I am really looking forward to seeing this and trying to get others to watch this.. It is so very important and I thank everyone involved.

  • I just happen to be one of the lucky contributers of this documentary. I worked as a post-production assistant.

  • My husband and I saw the movie Canvas in Los Angeles when it first came out here. It was very memorable and heartfelt...just like this presentation. Joey knows how to communicate on a very human level that everyone can understand whether you are mentally ill or not. In our case, it's our daughter. And through Dr. Irvin's, in this film, exceptional talents and knowledge, she has progressed beyond our highest expectations. Thanks, Dr. Irvin.

  • Beautiful people
