Yeah when you bake it with the base ham and cheese it would be quite nice. Though I thought the amount of vegemite was a bit too much. It really does have a strong flavour so you only need a thin layer.

Nah mate they are COMPLETELY different. Nutella is sweet chocolate/hazlenut spread. Vegemite is a different taste, something that us aussies love. Salty in a way. But extremely unique.

the isnack is not as rich and I have it on my rolls for lunch.

It only lasts 2 weeks in the fridge though compared to the original so you have to consume it rather quickly.

You might want to reconsider, its extremely high in vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B9.

These are great, important vitamins which are crucial for cell metabolism.

Which means its speeds up your matabolism helping you burn fat. Not only that vitamin B is good for your skin and muscle, your immune system and is known to reduce the risk of pancreatic cancer.

Besides there are plenty of other yeast spreads out there, but vegemite is the best in taste by far, IMO.
