  • nice ideas man, I'm adding some to my w/o. The twisting swings you did in the beginning remind me of a gama cast with a mace, but you get to do it with a bell and that saves space, assuming it's an issue for some viewers. Nicely done

  • @webb3ro - it's kind of an indirect way to work the core by makin yourself unstable/off balance. Your core stays tight if not you'll fall most likely. I kind of try and swing it like a baseball bat. The reason for the extra added movements is just to add stress to the core to make it work harder and keep it guessing so that is has to adapt to the weight.

    usually people that hate on kettle bell workouts are the ones that never really used them. Kettlebells were the original weights used to work out with prior to the arrival of dumbell equipment.

  • Funny all the kettlebell hatin comments. I know how to do traditional kettlebell movements like KB swings, snatches etc...the kettlebell was what i had available and what was in the video so thats the reason its named in the video...stop hatin and start posting your own workouts. Do me a favor and go workout after this instead of trying to find something wrong in a video YOU chose to watch. Results is all I'm sayin, most haters never get results, learn how to workout and learn HOW TO EAT!

  • @mcmahonjm Recently bought 2 x 20kgs kettlebells. Without doubt the most horrible workout routine, even more so that than the heavy bag. The initial excercise in the video, is that the "lumber jack" and what part does it work?
