Of course George is actually intrepid. He has an absurd hope and as Principle Skinner would say, sticktuitiveness. Of course he has sex at least a few times a year, and he has some friends, and manages to live in New York, so he's a pretty classy loser. I make a sitcom featuring a mentally handicapped man who lives in a roominghouse, (essentially the lower class equivalent of George's life) and your wouldn't be able to air it, yet alone get people to laugh at it. I liked the song though.
