Day 26 of my quit and I am still watching this series. I watch at least one episode every day and when I've reached episode 10 I start back at the beginning again. Five definitely need to make another series.

hi there, well done to everyone who is trying to quit fags, i smoked 50 yes 50 fags per day, i have used the nasal spray like in this documentary, it is the hardest thing you will ever do, but you can only gain, my reading was 32 on the carbon dioxide machine, now it is 1.0 that of a non smoker, 10 weeks on and going really strong, i wish i could help people quit fag,s but i am your average Joe blogs off the street so no one will listen to me ,i wish you all the luck in the world. bob.

I can't see Chloe lasting long she looks so sexy when she smokes. The other ugly part of the lineup will probably do ok though. Doctors talk a load of shit; I wonder what they would say to a fifty year old with a lung age of seventy who has NEVER smoked?
