This is something i dont wish on anyone, i have had partial seizures since 8th grade, and have had grand mal ones since 2001 including one while driving on a rural road @ 330am! So if you know someone that suffer these, listen to this video!
Thank you this is very helpful, my flatmate is epileptic and I have to frequently deal with her fits in the kitchen or corridor so this was very useful for me.
Sometimes I read these comments about police doing something like killing people and saying they were just doing their job. I really just want to punch them in the face and say F**k off
lol, i have NEVER seen a police officer that was that proffesional. i suppose in a country that has their shit together they might acutally give their officers some training.... and maybe not hire every grade 9 graduate jo blow.
Very good video. I am somebody who makes of the épilepsie and I transmitted it video in my family and my friends to know about it more of what they must make when a person makes a crisis or absence.
great video. thanks for making.repost this everywhere.... people need to know about seizures, that they are common and what to do. not just to make jokes
Now the police just use Tasers, thinking that'll stop them. There's been a few stories in the media where the police showed up and tasered the guy only to find out later they've killed him! And yet they claim they were just doing their job as the victim was resisting.
@MatthewFordVictoria OMG! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! YOU NEED TO SUE THE POLICE, I KNOW THIS IS A YEAR TOO LATE BUT STILL! THAT IS POLICE BRUTALITY AND THEY CAN GET IN SERIOUS TROUBLE! I hope you are ok...
I just wish the Police really acted like that. I've woken up after seizures to find I've been pepper sprayed and put in hand-cuffs all because of cops telling me to stop it. My younger brother got in trouble once when the police tried to stick a tree branch in my mouth to keep the airway open, and he got handcuffed and taken away for interfering.
@MatthewFordVictoria lol, everyone is caps locking you insane messages. but really, that sort of action from the police is unexceptable. police do not know what to do in most situations but try to take control anyway. you should phone that police station and report your story to them. in some countries its getting out of hand. in canada they only need 6 months of training now and their just a giant parasite to society. you dont have to freak out at them. but tell your local newspaper
@MatthewFordVictoria Omg. I am so sorry you had those experiences. My best friend has epilepsy and has had seizures in the street. It's so frightening. I can't believe the cops treated you like that. I hope to hell you never suffer from that kind of treatment again
