  • amaaazing zing zing

  • your efforts are not lost on me, I love this!!!!

  • whoah this is a good test of patience n all those involved really pulled it off. nice work!

side note: can anyone explain to me how the 'light techs' don't appear in the photos with the lights and central characters? i know when the lense is open for that long it's able to capture the light making shapes but wouldn't it also capture the ppl holding it as moving objects? i assume they move fast enough so the cam is unable to capture a solid shape.. thnx in advance!

  • amazing work all you guys! :D

  • wooow wooow wooow i cant b

  • so awesome, as someone whose done stop motion before, I can I only imagine, the hard work and time this took. Absolutely bad ass, results though.

  • A superb video I really enjoyed seeing the behind the scenes aspect of it. Thanks to everyone involved for their hard work and creative input, it really comes across.

  • it was amazing to be a part of this video. great experience, minus the headache from the constant flash of the bulb.

  • Hesta Prynn from Northern State in the bath tub too!

  • great behind the scenes perspective...when i first saw this vid...i thought it must be crazy difficult to make this work

  • who is sara?

  • She's from Tegan and Sara, they both sing and play instruments.

  • amazingly, they play and sing amazingly, of course. :)

  • 2:07 Sara, Sara, Sasaaaa:D:D:D

  • best part of the video!!

  • lmao, totally agree with you!

  • kaki your my hero its my goal before i die to meet you

  • Yo Kaki, remember when some scarwney little kid played you a mastodon song on guitar in london and you told him to use all his fingers when picking instead of two? well i can finally do it and have been travis picking my way to it all since! :-)

  • Hi, Kaki! I heard that Bob Mould says you rule.

Also, I was really into Lush back in the mid 1990's, too.

  • thats so neat how you did it!

  • As much as i love using stop motion... it is very trying. It takes so much patience but it's usually worth it in the end. This is a perfect example.

  • That is such a cool clip! I love this song! I was hoping to see Sara in the 'Behind the scenes' :P

  • Gooosh! What an awful lot of woork! Came out really cool in the end though! Really like when you "paint" whith light, and it fits the song so great! :)

  • Patrick Jasin did an amazing job!

  • amazing! just too curious how many pictures does this music video composed of (as they've said it's made of photo still shots).

  • there are 12 pictures a second, so it's about 2700 total. over 5000 were shot, though, because not every picture made it into the vid.

  • all i can say is "whoa!!" coz that needs a lot of pc ram in order to speed up editing this music vid lol..and i've just read awhile ago that this video used Nikon D30 cam to shoot..before i don't like nikon cameras, i prefer sony..but because of this amazing vid, i like that nikon cam now..lol

  • haha the lights are cool

  • well worth it!

  • I really enjoyed this as it took you behind the scenes. Usually we only get to see the finished version. This is so cool seeing how the video was made

    5*s

    Di

  • awesome! i love watching anything 'making of'

  • lol..im the exact same way. im all about the "behind the scenes"

  • good stuff
