@moments242 True. MTV Asia is also owned partly by PolyGram. I remember the days between 1994-1997 when pop music disappeared in the US. Our local MTV played crap like Hootie and Blowfish, Dave Matthews Band, Beck, Tupac, etc. I remember dying of boredom back then. Good thing the radios played heavy Europop back then like Whigfield, 20 Fingers, etc. Thank God for Hanson and the Spice Girls for bringing pop back to America!
