I have been asked to make fajitas for a Cinco de Mayo party and I knew I could find one from our Mary Ann. It looks so fast ti cook I may just take my large electric skillet and cook it there. My every second Monday pot luck is celebrating on Nueve de Mayo, LOL. Oh well, at least it's a party and gets me away from the internet for a few hours.
@AirforceGymnast If you marinade it overnight and cook it only enough to brown both sides - use high heat and flip the meat as soon as a crust forms - you should never have dry fajitas again! Thanks for coming by!
ohh yummy! My mouth was watering thru this whole video haha! I cant wait to try this recipe. Can I ask what type of pan you are using in this video it looks like it might be electric and i like how deep it is.
Can you give a little history how you came upon this recipe, was this a family recipe? it justs looks wonderful! Your videos are very complete and really easy to follow!
mmmm, great dish, great tips, very good video in deed! looks gooooooooooooood!
I bought a bunch of tortillas at costco and am now trying to figure out what to do with them before the go bad(not sure how long b4 they go bad), do you have a video on something like that or could you offer me a quick bit of advice? I was thinking of making enchelada caserol and buritos to freeze for later on...???
@JimboJitsu Hey there! Thanks so much for your great comment! I have a video on chicken enchiladas with salsa verde. Check it out. I hope it helps you! Take care!
@pastryparrot1 Thanks! I was heading to town I will check out the recipe ingredients and make sure I have them! The pit fall of shopping at costco... such a great deal then you realize you bought something fresh and have way too much of it! Your the best! Have a great day!
