Fantastic performance! I can't say I like this as much as either the Jimmy Blythe or composer's renditions (which for me are tied at the top), but it is a very interesting performance. Tatum's stride left hand keeps the proper "feel" for the piece, regardless of what fanciful excursions his right hand takes.

Given the rest of the recordings, I'd say this would be between 1953-55 but I cannot be sure.
