  • need advice my relaxed hair is poofy how dkk i get it flatter

  • how hot did you get the comb

  • Can you use a hot comb on a weave to make the weave look nice again? Is it better or worse or the same as using a flat iron?

  • wat types of flat irons do u recomend

  • omg i really need that...are there any options?

  • Thanks Liz. I am trying to grow out my perm and press only the new grow. Any special kinds or types of hot combs you can recommend?

  • thx im about to do that

  • This is a tool alot of women don't use anymore. It's a good investment for relaxed and natural.

  • Good job, but I have a question. I learned a few years back that the back part of the hot comb is what really straightens the hair. By "back part" I mean when putting the comb to the hair, you use the teeth but then, using a sort of wrist bending technique, pull the comb through so that the flat part of the comb also touches the hair. It makes the roots lie down flatter. Have you ever tried that method?

  • where in hollywood are u? i live near there =] i'd like to start getting my hair done by you.

  • Thanks for the video. I am trying to stretch my relaxer for 6 mos. and this is a great way to get my roots when I need them straightened. I am using protein to combat any breakage or shedding too.

  • Wow, I didn't know relaxed hair could be so thick and healthy looking. I need to see Liz ASAP!!

  • what kind of pressing comb system is that???

  • great video

lifesaver.. im getting one for my little sister

and i want to make sure i know everything i can about it.. i tips are great

her hair is relazed, long, but soo thick and curly, she's always wanted long straigh hair, and i think i can give it to her =D

Ps- the girls hair in the video is beautiful, reminds me of my hair lol seriously but i never knew i could use a pressing comb to my hair.. i'll try!!

    thanks!!

  • Thanks for posting such a valuable, informative video. This will help those wearing relaxers avoid over processing and overlapping relaxers and have healthy relaxed hair.
