I am really disappointed to see this is listed as a conversation for FUN. This is not at all fun. Understand the innocence of those people. All they want is some kind of getting in touch not all that high-fi features. Call center employee should have been able to explain symbols. Call center people should have had a procedure to what they are asking instead of giving all those instructions.

Even though the video is funny, it is sad at the same time to notice the disconnect between our own city bred people and the villagers.The call center employee should have tried to explain 'star' and 'hash' more clearly.
