I picked up 4-6 by bouncing the 4 pin out and it hit the 6 pin. it was kind of easy.

4-6 can also be converted with a lucky bounce off the back end.

4 - 6 split or 'Rail Road' as it is often referred to is much easier than a 7 - 10 split or 'Goals' as it is sometimes known, because completing a Rail Road spare is skill, not luck. Well, it is partly luck I suppose, but there is more skill involved.

No, it is not the most difficult split. The most difficult split is the 4-6-7-10 split, which I cannot find a conversion of (for the Wii) on the Internet. After that is 5-7-10, and then more splits.

4-6 split is easier because I got it once. 5-7-10 is way harder to get because you have to get the 10 pin to roll slide the way to the other side.

i hit the back of the alley and made it bounce back to hit the pin and i was in the same situation. i think its easier than the 7-10 split cuz i cant make it bounce off the back wall and hit the pin.

once i was playing and i got this setup, i had to get the spare to win, and i did it, but differently, i aimed between them, hit the 4 HARD, and it bounced off the left and got the 6 .

2. if you hit the 4 on the left, it goes to the 7 pin side, not the 6

4-6 not hardest, you have .05 inches of room to slide it into the other. more with a stronger entry angle, 7-10 1 in a 1000 chance of bouncing a pin out of the pit to get the other. 5-7-10 is even harder to convert (not using a 6 pound ball.)

The 7-10 is easier because you can use the back of the alley to bounce one of the pins across the lane into the other pin. You don't have that luxury with the 4-6. There's only one way to possibly hit the 4-6, and that's be edging one pin over into the other. Try hitting one if you ever get it as a split. It's nearly impossible.

Actually, you can bounce any pin out of the pit, whether it's in real bowling or on the wii. However, it's a little tougher to bounce a 4 or 6 pin out and into the other pin than it is with the 7-10 on this game, so you might be right in your assumption that it's the toughest split to convert. Sweet shot either way.

@legitimatebusiness actually the 7-10 is the hardest. you can bounce the 6 or 4 off the sidewall and hope it happens too. but there is no actual way to hit the 7-10. its all luck. you just hit either the 7 or 10 and hope it works. so if you have a sure way to hit the 4-6 and not one for the 7-10 that in turn makes the 7-10 harder
