Leyla makes washing the extensions look soooo easy, but let me tell you, IT"S NOT! I washed mine today, and although they are fine and pretty now, washing them was a hassle because they got completely tangled...it was horrible. I followed every step in this video and it was still such a mess.

i got pair of 160g for christmas. today i washed them, and let me just say it didn't go well. at all. i followed every single direction in this video. my extensions got completely tangled together. they became one big knot. my mom and i spent hours untangling them. after this mess, they're incredibly dry. the knots were so bad that at one point i had to cut them out. i couldn't even tell where one extension ended and the other began. i even emailed you guys several times hours ago. no response.

@victorialovesyouxo You are a doofus. Ofc they are dyed. The hair is chemically treated lots and lots to become super smooth and silky and each strand is dyed a particular colour to blend with your own hair. Google stuff before making silly comments.

My sister got the 120 gram Bleach Blonde hair extensions and when she got them they were perfectly smooth and soft with hardly any frizz at all. Then, she washed them and they got all dry and less soft and they got frizzy also. I told her to just let them sit for awhile and completely dry but that still didn't do anything. They are all frizzy now and she thinks they are ruined. I also got some in Chestnut brown and I'm worried that when I wash them the same thing will happen. What should we do?

@Inesmmh I always wash them then towel dry then let them dry on their own and avoid straightening or curling them unless theres heat protect on them.. I've never had bad extensions but if you need to just wet it, towel dry, put treatment in it & leave it for 15 mins then wash it out and let it dry naturally.. hope i helped :)

@LiveOUTLoud4EVER IDEALLY 10 to 15 :). Or if they have a ton of product build-up on them. They don't get dirty easily unless you sweat in them, or you're around smoke like at a bonfire or BBQ. You WILL have to wash them after something like that.
