You are correct about the ammo. The time will come when the shinny stuff wont matter. People will always need the necessities of life. I was told by an old survivalist that the time will come when pot, pans, blankets, knives, forks/spoons, cloths,and yes ammo will be far more valuable than silver. If you watch some of the videos on youtube you will see people more interested in stockpiling food.

Numismatic coins are good for their trade metals value and also its currency value in an economic collapse. You can use the coins for bartering with silver money.

You should join the end of the world camp. Its not so bad! Jesus and Ezekiel both said that the generation that sees Israel return to the land will be the last. Israel became a nation again on May 14, 1948. One world govt, earthquakes, "peace and security", rise of the Roman empire (Lisbon Treaty), rebuilding of the temple in Jerusalem, Gaza getting nation-state status, drying up of the Euphrates River, economic collapse and more are al signs of the end times. They'll keep up with current spot price, and the buy back should be comparable to anywhere on the net......personally, I've gone this way as apposed to the internet......but when I do, I go local. Monarch precious metals is right around the corner from me. If at all possible, IMO its best to keep your money in state, or at least in country.
