  • yo he mens 2.5 months

  • pretty good but u should paractice more on ur climb ups

  • 2.5weeks ? never you are too good

  • 2.5 weeks?!?

    WTF!

  • damn i have been coin it for a month i suck compared to u

  • had you done gymnastics before this? Just seems you already had a fair amount of acrobatic skill before bringing it to the concrete jungle.

  • on the cat leaps you got up wrong but if you did it right it would of been alot smooth looking. But good job for only two and a half weeks bud.

  • @loflopigis hey! who told you that you could speak?!! better watch your mouth boy before i.......do.....?.....somethin

  • @1radash lol whatever,haha

  • Ha, I just realized this is Radford :P Funny thing is that I was looking at reviews of the Ariakes because I had a week of Parkour training and introduction at RU and the skills I learned have inspired me to continue learning so I was looking for some legitimate Parkour shoes. :P But great training man, wow, only 2.5 weeks, that's amazing :D

  • @joey20112 Check out this video, It was also mainly filmed at Radford last Halloween. watch?v=OyhkcM9gtTw Enjoy!

  • ohh kay ?

  • 1:43 he was like whoa whoa uhh okay do de do de do wats up guys just chilling hangin on this wall here

  • who taught you?

  • @MrGuywhodoesnothing I am self taught. watch my more recent stuff

  • Good job dude, but I gotta work on your rolls

  • @NutNutStudios I like rolls

  • @NutNutStudios wait why do you have to work on my rolls again??? :P

  • you should work on your cat leaps a little bit more than your kongs. You've all ready mastered the kong in 2 weeks :O, now u have to work on your cat leaps, cuz you looked like you were humping the wall on the first couple ones

  • @rockloverdude This video is almost 4 years old :)

  • @dmannino72 oh haha

  • Guys, it's totally possible to learn these moves in 2 and a half weeks. As long as you're fit, it actually isn't that hard.

  • he says he did it after 2.5 weeks and thats impossible. I would think at least 2.5 years

  • @foggownage I disagree, I didnt learn in 2.5 weeks, but because I didnt fallow the "safety" progression rules, I got to this level around 4 weeks of practice, He probably picked up the moves right away once he performed them, in great condition for the sport. Everybody's different.

  • @foggownage It was 2.5 weeks :)

  • OMFG! 2 weeks and 3 days???!!! Unbeliveable, you just had some serious conditioning before thats all, right?

  • @ekojk1242 No, not much conditioning, just natural ability but conditioning helps a lot!

  • 2,5 weeks? I don't believe that. Have you done B-Boying or such stuff before?

Nobody is abled to learn this movements so quick in 2,5 weeks

  • Really good for your first 2.5 weeks, I thumbed up :)

  • @ErinFudge your fat

  • as long as your fit and sporty if you try to do parkour with enough practice you can get good at it

  • mate how are your fingers so conditioned after just 2 weeks

  • Really really good for 2 and a half weeks!

  • damn!

  • mmmm you are pretty good for 2.5 weeks but..... did you do gimnastic before??

  • Greatb for 2.5 weeks! nice cat leaps and youve got a good roll. did you learn a b-twist in 2 weeks or could you do that before you started?

  • really good man... especially after 2.5 weeks!

  • find more technique thats all I need to say other than that u did good

  • Do you still practice?

  • nice

  • Well what cn i say u probobly been training not for 2.5 weeks i would say u been training for 6 months u cant get progress wht u got in 2.5 weeks :0

  • it's cool cuz you can do it in house

I had few injuries just cause I do it on street and parks (not serius injuries but still :D)

  • It looks like your flying!! =D Lol those are pretty good jumps. I can only run on and jump over a 6 foot fence. My first day. =D Is that good?

  • nice man :) that b-twist u do is fucking sweet ;)

  • nice man

    keep trainin hard

  • 5*, dunno how old this vid is but w/e :) could you mind telling me some moves you first did, and what you would reccomend for an slight overweight guy trying to start parkour/free running? I wuld pm, but itouch won't allow, maybe reply back in pm. I subbed :)

  • ha ha nice dude... VERY NICE vid 5/5

  • i tried to front flip over hight like this ....... i Hurt

  • damm nice kash vault? in the beginning whatever it is its good

  • dude i like this....whats your highest vault at on the pad things?

  • wow man not to dis on the ariake but that grip looks terrible compared to the fiveten freerunners u just slid almost all the way down that wall i was wondering if they really are good and there is something im not really understanding about them but the grip on my five tens are unbelievable they dont slide for nothing but slick poles but masters at brick so are them shoes really good or waht?

  • @AustinAndLuke according to his info section these are not ariakes.

  • yeah man. i just started then and my form was terrible, I can do it barefoot, running shoes, ariakes...w/e. Those were old Nike tennis shoes for tennis not running, def not ariakes. ariakes are by far the best shoes. but for a good price get Nike Dart 7's they have amazing grip. they are as light as the ariake lite meshes but have the support of the reg ariakes. and they are only 50 bucks.

  • @AustinAndLuke Those aren't ariakes. I have a pair and they have amazing grip.

  • @AustinAndLuke never get the nike dart 8's EVER!!!

  • @AustinAndLuke yeah he wasn't wearing ariakes yet. but ariakes are a lot better than five ten . i have them both and the five then aren't stable enough for me i prefer my ariakes over any other shoe..... but now i must try ninja tabi!!!! hahaha go ninja warrior on its ass.

  • i wish i had a gym like that

  • are you wearing ariakes in the vid i couldnt tell, are they worth the money

  • Where did you practice? Did you ask to go to a gym and use their Gymnastics equipment? I really want to start going to a gym with my mate so we can practice all the jumps without going out finding some spots in town to practice.

  • you have nice spots in your town

  • @imaclownandwillkillu i disagree

  • well i sort of landed a speed vault but landed on a diffrent foot ill keep practicing!

  • dude after 2'5 weeks of training u mastered double kong!!!i still can't do a monkey vault :D

  • 2 and a half weeks my ass...looks more like 2 and a half years

  • dude, 2 and a half years seriously???? i suck soo bad in the this video haha, check out my new ones, i just made this vid so my dad would get me ariakes lol, it was seriously 2.5 weeks, i did it everyday for like 3-4 hours cause i was obsessed. i did shaolin kung fu for 2 years and i could do a btwist and an aerial before i started. just to clear everything up

  • can you tell me how to speed vault plz!

  • run at the wall and you jump up making your body parallel to the ground. then you take your hand and push off the wall, so that you can straighten yourself back. with a speed vault you dont touch the wall before you get off the ground, the only purpose for pushing off the wall with your hand is to push you body back to an upright standing position. if you touch the wall before you jump then you will spin a little instead of moving straight because your hand will act as a pivot point for ur body.

  • thanks ill give it my best shot!

  • now THAT makes sense.. i also want ariakes...are they worth it???

  • yeah ariakes rock, they will be discontinuing them so hurry and get them now if you want them, order a half size small

  • cool thx...but a half size small? im a 6 1/2 and the smallest size i can find is a 7...

  • im there with ya dude... ive been doing freerunning for two weeks... at least 20 hours a week... and i can do that stuff. if your dedicated and go balls deep, you can get good fast. haha

  • @TyDibb and i don't recommend that, good way to get hurt

  • oh and to all the 'it cant be 2.5 weeks' blah blah, he clearly did gymnastics first (for a while it seems), then found parkour - and has been doing that for 2.5 weeks.

  • I wish I had a gym or something like that to train in

  • :( i want training

  • yeah i beleive you when you say this is about 2.5 weeks of training.

Look at the way he pulls up after the cat leaps.

But aside from that nice man.

  • Tbh Mate. Dont Worry About People Saying "That Cant Be 2.5 Weeks." Mate I Beileve You. Obviously You Were Dedicated. Very Good Job You Could Become A Pro. Keep at It. 5 Stars

  • How much training have you had ive heared people say you can do parkour with just skill, some say you can only do it with amazing fitness. Just if you want to awnser dont just say a little a both cuz thats all i heard and i have no freekin idea what that means XD.

  • i can believe it this is about how far i am i just cant do the flips that you do but i can get up walls abit easier i think maybe its because my height or something good vid though dude love the song :P

  • check my new vids

  • THATS GREAT!!!!!!!!!

    but i can´t belive 2.5 weeks

  • u got nice spots man, and are u sure its been only 2.5 weeks? lol

  • 2.5 weeks dude? if ur not lying then that is incredible....I have been tryin it on and off for almost a year and ur like at least 7 times as good as me

  • im ten and i can do that but it took me a year to figure out what u can do

  • lolz theres no way thats 2.5 weeks

  • meaby are 2.5 week, but 2.5 year of another marcial arts...cuz we can see on your jumps (tricks)

  • 2,5 week my ass, more like 2,5 year, exept for the climb ups

  • Lol at the climb ups.

  • IMPOSSIBLE with 2.5 weeks of parkour!!!

    just showin of!!!

did you see the video he´s responding to!!!

  • awesome for 2.5 weeks. if ANYONE is looking for parkour/free running shoes, the best are k swiss ariakes, and adida hyperrides. hyperrides arnt available in u.s. and some other countries.

  • thats cheap

  • 2.5 week of parkour?? GOOD!!!

  • your not suppose to roll straight on your back. your suppose to roll diagonally across your back from the shoulder you roll over to the opposite hip

  • i wish i could have a room like that in start of your vid

then i will get trained much more

  • You started in much better shape than me. :) Nice vaults, I'll try to catch up.

  • great video but you have to train a lot more!

for example saut de bras or passe muraille!

but your very good for 2.5 weeks!

  • well hes very good at passement.

  • omg i hate this song, like im sorry but its just so overused, other than that great vid 5/5

  • Me and a couple of friends have been into parkour for a while, but because of quite the bad design of our city (good spots are very rare and there is big distance between them)

We have not yet trained in a gym, but we are considering it, do you think its a good investment? :)

  • what kind of gym? like a gymnasium, might be a good idea i learned most everything outside and try crazy shit inside. it also depends how much.

  • You might think the spots around your city are bad, but you just have to look. You can train literally anywhere.

If there is no good spots, then find a grass hill and condition :)
