ben i had a bad alcohol and drug problem for 15 years, i was in and out of hospital for 2 years on and off, paranoia occured from my substance abuse, you inspire me to keep me and others healthy, just dont use alcohol as an alternative to drugs, hope you can quit drinking i have been off booze for 3 months couldnt feel better mate.
