I understand this is a joke but I just thought I'd share for those who don't know. Louis Armstrong invented scatting during a recording session in the 50's. He messed up when he was singing and back then if you messed up you had throw out the entire record. So instead of wasting money he just started singing random notes, scatting is born.

Hahahaha, that's not stupid, but it is funny! But it's really hard to explain, but jazz singers do it. It's like they make noises that imitate the melody of the instruments. You know, like they use the beginning syllable of the sound the instrument makes (or any syllable) and repeat it in a certain melody. Like in his song "The Dynamo of Volition" He sings "a di-di-di-di-di didn't I say, didn't I say" You know what I'm saying. He does it a lot but that was the 1st song that came to me.

If you have the opportunity to see it free, or pay to see it, which one will you take? Obviously you'd take the free performance. And usually, if you see it once, you don't go back and see it again. -_- There's a difference between being humble or just playing shows for free, and building your life around being a kind, generous person with a big heart.
