  • @cloudmusic01 Is that a joke? This is widely referred to as the "Best Album of All Time". If anything, this album is overrated.

  • only ''Revolver'' came close!

  • Brian Wilson is a genius...

  • @SINGaSONGguy God only knows Sloop john b and good vibrations are the main must listen 2s then u got there entire back catalogue lol its all amazing.

  • Jonah Hill tweeted this so I'm here. and I feel a lil bit better about not being about to sleep. I feel like everything is gonna be ok.

  • pet sounds. best album ever.. simple.

  • nice psychedelic song

  • @SINGaSONGguy the entire album, its called Pet Sounds... get it asap

  • does anyone else think that this is probably one of the most unrated albums ever? When Brian was writing, it was far from the surfer 60's crap they are know for. His Smile album that was never officaly released is as equally as good I feel.

    any other Brian Wilson fans?

  • When I first heard this album in '67 at age 17, I knew that this would be the soundtrack for my life to come. I've been listening to this album since then and have never tired of it in any way, shape, or form. The songs continue to be fresh and completely original. They have a beauty that, as far as I'm concerned, is unequaled. The unexpected key changes, instrumentation, and soaring vocals of this recording are stamped permanently in my mind. Absolute magic!

  • I really do respect this album not only for the fact that I like some songs, the whole concept and the impact it made on History but also because of the complexity of the arrangements, instruments, musicians, chords and riffs. The organ in the background of this song is amazing and I love it. I'm eternally thankful to The Beatles for Rubber Soul, the album that made Brian make Pet Sounds and to Brian for producing this album because, without it, would be no Sgt. Peppers' Lonely Hearts Club Band.

  • The line where Mike sings "Just one girl" is just awesome.

  • Mike and Brian sharing the lead always sounds great

  • so simple compared to the other tracks - pure

  • would you say it's the best song on Pet sounds?

  • thats like choosing between my children lol, no need to play that game

  • So you like all the songs equally?

  • my personal favorite beach boys track.. i can relate to every single word, can;t everybody?

  • too true buddy

  • quite so indeed, dear fellow

  • For sure, such a wonderful song

  • beautiful song

  • Iconic track Mike Love lead . Brilliant track from Pet Sounds

  • love the organ brian is playing

    great harmonizing (as usual)

  • this song is beautiful!

  • anyone who says that this album is anything other than a masterpiece, is a fucking moron and I feel sorry for you.

  • listen up,some people do not understand music, some folk are tone death, still sounds complex and too much for some people to understand

  • Mmmm, tone death.

  • 100% true.

  • you can't be serious

  • Can someone punch this guy in the face real hard?

  • he was a two faced person was Mike, always putting down Brian and his tracks

  • i get 2 thumbs down cause i said this is paul's favorite album.

  • best of the beach boys that's for sure genius of an album pet sounds

  • paul mcartney's favorite album

  • Wore out the vinyl not once but twice. Remember 8 track always loud in the car.

Beach Boys were my youth and now are my memories.

    Carl,Dennis RIP

  • Best song on one of the top few albums ever recorded.

  • Pet Sounds is "objectively" maybe the best album of all time. The most immaculate, emotionally pure artistic expression committed to sound.

  • lol, might as well list all the songs on pet sounds. its the greatest album after all

  • Oh the beach boys...I would say they are the greatest band ever, and Im still a huge Beatlesfan ^^

  • Thanks for posting

  • Didn't they re-do this album with J Dilla?

  • im not sure, ill have to check on that

  • Actually it was a mash up, a good one at that, and if Brother Records or Capitol knew about it they would have it removed from the web because of copyright infringement!

  • @bapeboombox yes but it's not like the beach boys helped. a guy named Bullion made it. Beach Boys VS J-Dilla is what it's called

  • it doesnt start until after 4 secs
