A nice big crane about 100 feet or more high with a good marine grade rope attached.
Throw the noose around the animals head, and yank the heck out the rope from the crane.
Dangle that scumbag piece of garbage in the middle of downtown Philly 90 feet in the air, and you'll see these pieces of crap lining up to fill out work applications! That's what this country needs!!!!!

I will always remember driving to work and using the outside lane of the Ben Franklin Parkway,beacause the inner lanes were lined with Police and emergency vehicles from all over the region for Officer Cassidy's funeral.Did anyone know that the starting salary for a police officer is so pathetic that most people who want to be police officers do it out of the goodness of their heart and to me even know I didn't know Mr.Cassidy personally...obviouslly he had a big heart.
i favorited this video because he seemed like he touched so many peoples lives. i did not know him but he seemed amazing. i like 20 mins away from philly we had a mom. of silence for officer chuck. my prayers and with family and friends.
Alhtough I never knew Officer Cassidy, after watching this video, I feel closer to him than ever! It almost made me cry more than watching his memorial & funeral services. God bless him, his family, and all officers on the streets of Philadelphia! may god bless you all this holiday season.
