  • Great exercise idea! I have been watching your videos and I think you are an excellent inspiration for individuals like me that want to teach ESL in S.Korea :) Keep it up!

You are welcome! It's taken me 2 years to get to this point but certainly worth all the time and effort. :)

  • @jadeCeladon Where abouts in South Korea are you now? I would looooveeeeeeee to be in Seoul but anywhere in South Korea would be great actually. An awesome idea for you is to make a video on tips/advice for ESL teachers going or planning on doing their first year there. Like customs, daily life, eating, living arrangements... and such. It would be nice to receive the information from a credible source that is currently living and working there :)

Thanks so much! I should get to doing that. Hmm I have a great new friend that I think would be fun to involve.

I live down in Suji which is an hour (by bus) from Seoul (there are subway connections too). It is under Bundang which is a very beautiful place (very clean looking). If you are thinking of living outside of Seoul consider Gyeonggido which surrounds Seoul. That is where I am. Some parts are rural and some are close to Seoul and very modern.

    My biggest tip for you..

  • Is to check the housing before you come and see if you can get a map of your area.

Best thing is to be close to the subway and a big supermarket like Emart.

Anyways good luck and your video suggestion sounds fabulous!
