I think the MW2 controllers just have the analogue stick click-buttons as buttons on the back. They aren't assignable like this and the can't have macros.

the rapidfire would be considered cheating, but adding extra buttons is completely fine, even macros would be ok, you can do the same thing on pc, with macros to the keyboard or buy a mouse with extra buttons on it, and bind macros to it.
