mine was reving really high tried the idle and other things ajusted servos turned out in the end it was a broken clutch shoe all sorted now though just need some good weather so i can tune it right

your clutch spring broke.....unfortunately you cant buy a clutch spring (I've tried)..but you can buy a new clutch assembly for around $11

@sledgezfx someone told me the clutch spring of the mt2 fits to the firestorm & the mt2 spring you can buy. but i dont now how much it is in you country. in germany it costs about 20€

It handles very nice, I have a flux which is the brushless electric, it goes as fast as the nitro with a 7 cell battery. But i love it

what's the difference between the hellfire and firestorm?

I believe the hellfire is a 1/8th scale as opposed to the firestorm which is 1/10. Also the hellfire is 4WD I believe

Actually the entire thing was stock....by the end the only thing we broke was the spur gear......and we also removed most of the paint from the body ;)

I'm only familiar with the firestorm so I can't say which is better. However I can tell you that me and my Brother-in-law both have a Firestorm, and are very satisfied customers.

they are all differant but the inferno is best, its a championship winning 1/8 scale buggy, proven to be the best in the world!

My firestorm leaks raw gas where the header in bolted to the engine i dont know what the problem is?

The car you see in the video was on it's first spur gear. It survived the break in and some other runs before we took it to Quartzsite. After that we did everything you see in the video to it. We recorded an hours worth of film. Many wrecks aren't shown on the video. Finally after all that, we stripped the spur gear. That's reliability!

i've done about 25-30 tanks and the only thing basically i haven't had to replace is the spur gear and there's no damage on it whatsoever

it aint as hard as you think i used to race electric and all the electric boffins say "dont mess with nitro they are shit" an all this. i raced electric for a couple of years then i decided to go nitro so i bought this car. i have to say nitro pisses all over electric and aslong as your capable with a screw driver they just as easy as electric:)
