Of course, you should also read the studies supporting the efficacy of vaccines ;-) There are many animal studies that show vaccines do partially work against specific illness. But partial, temporary efficacy of vaccine among a small group in a closed experiment, doesn't exactly prove the theory of herd immunity. There are many other factors to consider.

The UK government did not and HAVE NOT withdrawn the importation licence for the single vaccines! That is another lie from Andrew Wakefield.

If you look at NICE guidelines you'll see why they stopped offering it on the NHS - it costs more and has been scientifically proven to be less effective than the single vaccine (partly as many kids don't complete the course of 6 individual injections). You can still get the single vaccines privately for <£100, you just can't get it for free on the NHS.

The measles virus (although there is NO connection between measles and autism) - which isn't even live in the MMR vaccine - takes more than "a few hours" to manifest in the body, and a neurological condition like autism cannot manifest in a matter of hours either.
