not trying to be a dick but if you tried to fix it yourself then you voided the warantee and shouldnt be upset with the company. Maybe Im missing something or didnt read something but thats my take on it.
Oh I read it. I like the video better though. The fatigue and disintegration didn't occur instantaneously, it took time, thus the vibration that caused the items to come off of the unit. On the bright side, I've now used the video to educate my techs as to why you dont wait to see the"sound"will just go away on its own.

after ben dicked me around for 2 weeks with shipping information ben told me to wrap the maching up so u couldnt see it because if the shipping company found out it was a used machine he wasnt gonna pay for shipping !!! he actually hung up on the phone with me because i know what im doing and he just wanted to rip me off.
, what kind of warranty is that? u fucktards lol also he was trying to tell me it was an operator failure but the part that broke witch was the chaindrive coupler assebly i called the company that makes that part and they told me when instalation they tighten a part on it down to hard and it cacked so from DAY ONE!!!!! IT WAS BROKE U FUCKTARDS!! go ahead buy this piece of shit but when its broke, i told u sooo!!!

People like you are one heck of a trip. You don't have time to ship it to texas for the owner and builder to either fix your problem or possibly send you a new one, HOWEVER, you have time to take the machine apart, record it in pieces, then post it on youtube? If you took this machine this far apart, I wouldnt honor a warranty either, who knows what you may have done to it.

yeah i was stuned with the performance in their video. glad to see a pissed off customer with real info. the suction appeared to be stronger than my truck mount. maybe it was at full speed. but i thought how can it be?
Very sorry to hear of this kind of crap. Unfortunately I have seen this kind of thing before with the company who manufactures the Prowler.
I was curious and called them about this machine and when he told me the kind of performance he was getting then I knew he was either lying or they were turning the components way to fast. In this case they were using a 24 Roots blower. These guys are not engineers. Just guys who put things together and hope for the best!
