you do not cut greens to pull or pick as we say off the stems, you will be all day cutting..... she doing it the pretty way....lol

Instead of using the knife to cut away the stems, I just rip the leaves off of the stem. It saves time, works just as well and you won't slice your finger doing it. :) As for slicing after rolling, well you have to have a knife for that part. lol!
