  • LOL, hold 8 down...

  • Hey man i train a bit kickboxing and im 17 years old, i want to start with MMA to be a great fighter and maybe join ufc.

Do you think i have chance to get in, or i started train to late?

  • @HevyToy With hard work, anything is possible. UFC fighters hit their prime in their lower 30s. You've still got time. Most start when they are 14, 15, or 16. I just hope you have some sort of fighting background.

  • @HevyToy theres a very slim chance you will ever be in ufc but who knows... also i would start taking a class like bjj or mma, something that will help your ground game. also always remember its never too late! good luck bro

  • try holding 1 and 2

  • is that guy the vocalist of stained? :P

  • @ironvin21 looks like him, doesnt it? its spelled staind

  • 1. Pause the video

    2. Go to 0:00

    3. Press play

    4. Press 6 repeatedly

  • @catarcacha1 your pathetic haha

  • @catarcacha1 no press 9

  • @mwmyers14 no, more like 2.

  • @Mrzombiedrummer LOL TRUE

  • i just learned that move yesterday in class

  • he doesnt need that finger to whoop ass

  • kimura and arm bars are a simple and good way to submit your opponet. my teacher always goes on about kimuras to me. me makes me do them all the time. other that a triangle choke which is my favourite =)

  • easy

  • ...your gonna break it!!!! Hes right moving like that would pop his shoulder. No sawing back and forth, its better to just pry his hand lose.

  • Can't see the video if you have TEXT ON THE SCREEN.. .

  • @dracotkk hit the cc button

  • are you retarded the words are on the screen cant see !

  • @ixknight1 are you retarded hit the cc button

  • dude ur awesome:) these videos of ur's really helped me alot

  • easiest and most effective submission - that i know to perform - to learn. Good work

  • OMG! That guy in green only has 4 fingers on his left hand !?

  • @inla12 Like a cartoon character. If he had the correct number of fingers this move would be useless against him.

  • @inla12 Yeah so what? Losing a finger isnt as freak as losing a limb. My father has 3 fingers on the left hand, and 4 on the right.

  • @inla12 All normal humans have four fingers on each hand. The thumb is not counted as a finger. :D

  • @CrimsonEnds YEAH thats why you get thumbs up!!

  • @inla12 that must be hell when he's looking for fighting gloves

  • hey! thats when u spin out!

  • That was a nice little pointer about the grabbing the shorts. A lot of people do that and their opponent doesn't even realize it.

  • GREAT !!! i do teakwondo but my teacher say i have to learn ground tricks.

this is a great tecknique !

    thx

  • @SkateJimi Yeah, when I became a Black belt in TKD, my instructor had me learnind Hapkito. It really helps out in MMA

  • @thecitysitsinflames yeah i know :)

    i love fighting ;)

  • crappy technique

  • @1airbornewarrior

    YOU ARE CRAPPY!!!!

  • n yur mom's a bitch

  • n yur mum's a slut

  • Your comment is immature, thus you need to grow up. Simple conclusion no? My problem is that people like yourselves flood every single video on here with your stupid, childish comments. You either insult people, make rude/vulgar comments or say nothing. Next time you can't find anything smart to say just keep it shut please. That's my problem.

  • isn't that a little bit sexual ??? w/e good job

  • Grow up

  • actually i was joking second of all who r u to tell me to grow up ?? do u even know me ???wtf is your problem huh ????

  • This is basic technique, but there are some flaws in here. Just look at how Jacare submitted Garcia with this technique and compare it.

  • you wanna see these teens tiny[.]cc/doherhole

  • ''...also, i have no neck''

  • most of the expert village stuff isnt very good, but you are one of the good ones, good job!

  • Bad technique. He should have dropped his left leg to the matt, and brought his right leg over his back so that his body would be almost horrizontal to his opponent or a "T" shape.

That way, his opponent can't escape his guard and it takes a lot less force. If his opponent postured up with his guard broken like that, he would be able to pass and do the armbar counter to the Kimura.

  • So you're saying to use a kimura from side control? Thats a little rough to do when you can do way faster and easier, an armbar?

  • @00SoldierofFortune00 I agree, I remember looking at this 6 to 12 months ago and not seeing a problem, now I'm like....this guy fucked up on a couple of things for a basic move, but he's better than the other retard at expert village for mma.

  • bj penn sux monkey nuts and the spider can suck his dick

  • good technique.

  • Had a first taste off M.M.A. last night a good friend of mine came to our Kickboing club and showed us some moves. an awesome lesson somthing new for us as ours is just stand up, and boy was it hard work..lol

  • nice demonstration but I think you should put your leg across his back so he can't role out of the sub.

Rly nice vids, lots of help ,ty

  • hes in his gaurd he cant roll out anyway

  • Good technique and good video.

If you want to see some flying submissions, look for my videos.

  • de la csmmm q bien men very good bien men buena tecnic

  • i know how to counter this.

  • how cuz i get stuck in this a lot

  • I swiftly (arrow speed), arrow your right hand over and accross him going towards your left(his right side) bringing you whole arm above his neck and chest, the moment he touches your left hand. You can press on his chest with your elbow or just BAM!!! Hit snap with your elbow on his neck.

  • Im sorry i commented on several videos and im not sure if were talking about the same thing. If not please leave a message so i can analyze the lock and formulate a preventive move. Thanks

  • These videos are great. All of them. They've helped me quite a bit.

  • ppl who watch wrestling like boners in their mouth UFC is where its at.

  • rofl that used to be me

  • There are plenty of gay men who watch UFC.

    What's your point, douchebag?

  • did u really spend time looking for this video on youtube just so u could say that?

  • ive seen profesionals put their hand on mat if person on bottom rocking too much or if guy on top is trying to work his way to the cage, so this isnt useless...

  • how is it not a sport? competitive mixed martial arts has judges if needed or a clear winner. there are records of wins n losses like sports. You train n practice as well as anyother sport. wrestling is considered a sport, y not MMA?

  • awsome finally learnt how to do the kimura thx alot

  • TY for making these Submission&Technique Videos cause Honestly ive only been interested in MMA/UFC for about 6 months now and the only experience I have to martial arts is a year of karate and you've taught me how to properly execute many variations of submissions like Armbars/Guillotines/Kimura's and a few other things so i thank you im a pretty big guy i believe im strong for my age (Freshmen) and i think ill do wrestling and enter tournaments cause i always liked boxing and this is way better

  • ufc is not a sport looks like you need to study more

  • actually mma itself is looked at as a sport, just like any other fighting styles that are used in competition

  • yeah i did not say mma isnt a sport i said ufc.thats like saying i have been going to many nfl practices.he think ufc is the name of the sport i was correcting him.i am a big fan of mma and i would never not consider it a sport.i was just correcting him

  • You must have done it wrong

  • your opponent was probably a better wrestler or had better ground skill/speed than you...

  • wow thanks this helped yesterday he was clumsy with his wrists so i grabbed it and seein this vid kicked in and he grabbed his shorts like u said he would but i swiveled and ripped it out thanks man.

  • the kimura from guard is not easy to get because they can just straighten their arm at the elbow, until you grab your own wrist you really have no control.

  • and nobody that has jitz experience would put their hand on the mat while they are in guard anyway

  • in UFC sometimes the fighter on bottom gets wrist control and the bottom fighter could put the other fighter's wrist on the mat.

  • yes but again if you have exprience in jitz you know to keep your hands clos to your body whenever you can and its mma not ufc.i not saying this doesnt work just the way they show would never happen

  • if i may, im not an expert in bjj but i do train and i know my fair share i have expierience and when you are grappling and your opponent is in your gaurd and he is tired they tend to put thier hands on the mat next to the thigh its a very common mistake

  • thx dude i love the kimura and i can't wait to start BJJ all i kno is wrestling

  • i had a tournament the other day and i one one fight with a kimura one with a triangle choke and one with a rear naked choke it was awesome

  • I also had a tournament but i won by armbar, triangle choke, guilliton, and Rear naked choke

  • u got to lock the legs if your gonna try that or he can swing through and counter.

  • If he has you mounted and you go for a Kimura he would just spin and step over for an arm bar. Look it up, I'll help, its called a counter. Douche bag.

  • im pretty ure he cant counter if he has a closed full guard.

  • your right, if you have a closed guard you can get the tap. I was responding to the comment "could be used when there in a full mount if you pop your hips then grab the arm" but if you do that you would get arm bared 90% of the time

  • isnt another way is you can rap ur left leg over his head to put more pressure and to make it harder to get out of it

  • no cuz he can walks out to the left or roll, you need to control his head relative to his hips

  • i did this at my training session, but i did with my female instructor lol. i didnt learn a thing

  • He could have rolled out of the submission because the guy didn't have his leg on the opponents back to prevent him from escaping with the roll. Just having an open guard probably won't be enough, especially if the opponent is trying his hardest to get out of it.

  • wow these techniques really helped me out. I practice Karate and have no experience on ground fighting, but with just watching these clips I defeated 2 Judokas

  • at 56 he just taps he doesnt break his arm

  • Is kimura part of BJJ? I could be wrong though because my knowledge in MMA is limited to only watching it.

  • yes it is

  • at o:56 i think he broke his shoulder

  • def

  • Good points!

  • Yeah I do MMA,dont use this in a real street fight, streets fights last 10 seconds tops, and they will never have both there hands laying down on the ground.

  • thanks =D

  • Trying a Kimura with your guard wide open like that is going to lead to you getting your guard passed. If you want to see the result of attempting a kimura while leaving your legs open like that, watch Matt Hughes vs George St. Pierre 1.

  • Doing this last night we also learned the defense for this which is what you are talking about with Matt Hughes. Basically he just dropped his elbow and walked his knee over to the ground, and you can do this easily by pushing open the guard, and from there its just a simple armbar. Either way its much easier to twist up, and faster i think, if you break your guard momentarily to push your hips up while you rotate and then just close your guard again as you bring up the opponents arm.

  • awesome !! I will use it tomorrow on my training patners.

  • Gotta be in my top 5 favorite MMA submission holds!!

  • Why does the attacker place his hand on the ground instead of pounding or choking him?

  • because if you ever wacth any fights you see it alot in the later rounds as the fighters get tired

  • lol they look like there gay but its good

  • bad comment, no one likes you.

  • Nice man

  • very good, thanks

  • nice¡¡¡

  • excellent stuff, i love the kimura
