Well I think that the Owner Operators out here are a sad bunch. I've been doing this for 40 yrs and feel it is a crying shame that the Lumpers became more organized than we. They set unloadig fees and we pay it OR don't get unloaded. So if we all refused to haul freight for let's say $3.00 per mile, then they'll pay it. This also means that you don't go behind your brothers back and cut this rate. If we can band togeather it will bring up the rates.THINK YOUR BANKER WANTS YOUR TRUCK BACK ASK HIM
i stoped hauling for them like 3 years ago and they still call us whit freigt that just covers fuel un real then they wonder why their is no trucks out here cali wants new trucks and trailers but who is gona pay for this shit

Now, if you ate enough of their shit in the first year and did not learn your lessons, then well sorry for you. On the other hand, if you know how to work the load markets these guys are not a problem at all and pay really good rates (we are talking $3-$4 per mile and sometimes even more).
On May 23 ,2011 my husband was killed by a driver from Arko express hired by CH Robinson. He was burned alive as the driver who caused the accident hid in the woods. They make so much money evan after they paid the 24 milion to the families in Illinois they continue their practice of undercutting the good truck companies and put unsafe drivers on the road .My husband was a safe driver for over 30 years .How many more people will they kill?
Stop crying and invest in CHRW stock. It will make you some money. This video was posted about a year ago when CHRW was around $52.00/share...it has since hit a high of a little over $82.00/share!!

1. Your little amateur video obviously didn't work. CHR will only get bigger.
2. If you would have bought CHRW instead of making this video, you would have made a potential profit of 58% on your investment!!

Its about knowing what Lanes to run, Maneuvering and demanding the rate you need to be profitable.
I am NOT a broker..I am a trucker just like all you bashers And you can make money with CHR If you understand the business end of logistics. There are bad brokers out there......To make money you must be knowledgeable.

I would agree with him about a year ago, but now since I got agents all over USA that I worked with they pay me more. I book loads that pay owner ops about 1.50 or more. During summer we get 1.90 or even 2.20 sometimes per mile

I stopped hauling for them about 2 years ago. The rates are low. Now we work with Banks Global Transport,Inc.
