  • This version by Howard Hawks is classic..........The Brian DePalma Scarface is one of the worst movies ever made......

  • no se parece en nada.. al scarface de 1983...

  • where can i download it

  • i never knew there was an older one wow!!!

  • 80'S VERSION KICKS THE ORIGINALS ASS!

  • Both the original and 1983 versions are cool 24/7!!

  • This just came on TCM, the Pacino/1983 version is almost identical. So cool to compare the two versions!

  • Its the prohibition of alcohol that lead to these mob groups like 'montana's' finding nieche which they could infultrate and profit off. as soon as the prohibition was aborted these gangs slowly began loose power. Yet regardless of the failure of 'the war on drugs' weed is still illegal. were the sense in that. the movie looks good to :)

  • @cincinrex All this is cool to watch in the movies, but you really don't think the mafia in real life was honorable do you?

  • @cincinrex I's gotz a fo-fo for you

  • this looks really cool! ^_^

  • @cincinrex Boy are you an idiot

  • @chrysanthos66 40, I think. It definitely beats the standard 30-round assault rifle clip.

  • To me al pacino is scarface

  • can somebody post the whole version...this stuff is priceless!!

  • the both are wonderful

*cof cof but pacino kick asses cof cof*

  • how can i download this Version ?

  • nooooooooooooooo!!!!!!! i wanna see more!!!!!wtf

  • James Cagney was the man!!!!

  • @DetroitLove4U James Cagney isn't in this movie. It's Paul Muni.

  • New 1 is 100% beter

  • @882244 garbage

  • amk. mal gibi birşey lan bu bebe lunaparkta gibi davranıyor

  • tony montana version is better

  • deverian traducirla a español

  • this is funny

  • thompson chicago typewriter owns all

  • omg they killed gina

  • Lol @ 1:28 ....Gina, Gina, Gina!!! Looks similar to when they shot her up but in a different way.

  • I never saw this before

  • Stone and DePalma's version was pretty faithful to the original..

  • They didn't read Tony his rights! Where's the ACLU??

  • wtf happened to youtube

  • 1:28 Reminds me of tony on the remake on 1983

  • You can see why Al Pacino was cast in the remake !

  • is his name tony montana in this movie to? and this is a howard hughes movie

  • It's Tony Clamonte in this, it is a Howard Hughed movie too. Nice call

  • @j5sully2012 tony camonte

  • are you being sarcastic on you're reply

  • ...why is everyone beating this movie up? if it wasn't for this movie there would be no 80s scarface... the 80's one is good, but this one's my favorite

  • Why is everyone complaining on Scarface (1932) so what it's in Black and White and it's 77 years old that doesn't mean it's junk and the reason this movie is in Black and White is because in 1932 it was the Great Depression and they couldn't afford to film some movies in color color than cost too much money. So just because it's 77 years old, and it's in Black and White doesn't mean it's junk and this is coming from a 13 year old

  • Good for you ikevyoi... you're only 13 and you have more perception than a lot of adults. Black and white was the original color of all movies. I personally love it, think it looks great. The Silver Screen they used to call it.

  • hey, hey! What with all this beating up on the old scarface?!! They were both great movies! Neither of them were the greatest gangster movies in my opinion, but both were great!

  • * This Scarface man is nuts!!! Straight up loco.... lolz

Wow. I still like Al Pacino better for my modern needs. ^_^

  • told you he was a white boi

puto bitch q-lero up tight bun hole better not get drunk with migi or he'll stick a banana up ur ass when you sleepn then youll wake up with haze eating out your ass and youll be like daze! get the fuc out my ass

  • Comment removed

  • in '80 (better) version the gangsters killed tony :D

  • If I was like him I'd just make a sound proof room hidden doorway to it and a chain gun hold on with non perishable food change my name to Kiko and work and El Pollo Loco

  • yes

  • is he using the tommy gun

  • yes. this wa sthe first film to have a real working tommy gun

  • funny thing is I saw this movie but never the De Palma Version!

I'll try it one day anyway.

  • Top of the world!!!!

  • The 1983 scarface is soooooooooo over rated

  • The only woman I ever knew who would be as true blue as this babe was my Mom. A real "stand-up broad" was my Mother. The cops didn't faze her at all.

  • the real SCARFACE was AL CAPONE

  • i hate this kind of scarface BOO

  • poo

  • If it wasn't for the 1932 Scarface, the 1983 Scarface wouldn't have existed.

  • that doesn't mean the 1932 one is any good!

  • It's better than the '83 version.

  • both scafaces kick ass!!

  • Good, He was say right!

    First you make the money,

When you got the money than

    you got the power...

  • veru true!

  • scarface is cuban

  • His name is Tony Montana man

  • no, his name is vinni (being sarcastic)

  • say goodnight to the bad guy...last time you gonna see a bad guy like this

  • he doesn't even talk right!

    how do you say "fuck"?

    lol

  • Say goodnight to the bad guy, you fucking cockroach. Sanitation.....I told you to tell them you were in a sanitarium.

  • what a FAG

  • Your mother is a fag.

  • Original version or Newer version, Scarface is a crazy bastard.

  • @skeptic26 YEAH!

  • @skeptic26 but you have to agree that nobody is more crazy than alpacino

  • i dont get wut dis dudes saying.

  • Lol its hard trying to understand italians. At least I think he's italian.

  • the other scarface is much more better and it's a better ending

  • This is the original ending from this 1932 version: "an armed Tony escaping from his besieged apartment. He leaves via his secret stairway but, outside, is riddled with bullets from police machine guns. Refusing to fall, Tony staggers towards his nemesis, the police detective Ben Guarino (C. Henry Gordon). Confronting him, Tony fires his gun, point blank, in the policeman's face, but the gun is.." (They were presured to make changes)

  • what's really different about the classic is that nobody swears

  • Even the reviews say that for the remake they dumbed down the dialogue and upped the violence. The original film, this version, is considered a classic and even Capone himself loved it as it was about him.The remake is in no way held in the same regard.Sure i love the remake but the boundaries that this film broke cannot be challenged.

  • you cant really call this "Scarface - THE ORIGINAL VERSION", because the 1932 film was based upon the life of Al Capone...

the 1983 film was about the life of a Cuban immigrant rising to the power of American Druglord

  • omg...this is treasure!!! i didnt knew...thanks!!!

  • Pacino's got nothing on Muni

  • is that tony and gina sorry only seen the reamake

  • 1:23 "Ok, Coppahs, ya wanna play rough, do ya? Ok. I'll play with ya! Say 'hello' to my little friend, Tommy!"

1:28 "Youse guys like that? Youse guys want more?"

    Sorry, couldn't resist.

  • I have a ful movie!

  • rare clip

    both scarfaces rocks!!

  • tony looks like benicio del toro in this one!

  • if the ppl shooting are down then their shooting up. if their shooting up, how does the bullet go straight throught the window and across the room? sorry i just felt like pointing that out.

  • fucking amazing

  • Cool scene! I kind of liked Tony's sister a lot more in this one than in the 1980's one!

  • amazing to see this change to the 1980 lol its pretty genious but this is way too fuckin better and original

  • nice I think this may be the only ending scene of scarface posted on youtube...

    thanks!

(you've really saved me, lol now I'll be able to work on my essay for film class)
