@MissWogs No it doesn't. There is no product that dissolves the "cement" that holds the nit (egg) to the hair shaft. She is just trying to sell the product.

I used to have lice and I got it removed. All of it. But now my head itches alot. I had it checked eight times. They said there is absolutely nothing. I have dandruff though. Can you tell me why I'm itching?

with all respect to you, i'm 15 and i had an infestation of headlice and i was so upset about it, so i told my mum and she bought hedrin once spray gel, and it works in 15 minutes and kills 100% of headlice and their eggs, AND IT ACTUALLY WORKED!!!!! now i'm sooo happy thankyou hedrin once!!!!!! :D (you should try it) :D

dont worry your not the only one :) use hedrin once spray gel, or, whatever u wanna use. i know its a horrible experience but if u treat them well then they wont come back :)

I am now 28, and I promised myself that when I have kids - and if they get lice - I won't get mad at them for something that happens EVERYWHERE. It's been a month since you posted, did you get rid of them?

I got head lice once. what my mom did was she mixed oil and vinegar together, and put it in my head. you keep it on for 3 hours, then take a shower. all of the lice was dead, then you comb it out... it worked :D [but smelt terrible]

Rub meat in your hair 'till it starts to stink

Let it sit for an hour then wash it off in the sink

Then take some mayonnaise and rub it into your roots

Wipe it all off on an old pair of boots.

Spin in a circle, clap your hands twice

Now you 'aint got any.... lice

I found that a sure-fire way to remove lice is to dump the kid into a barrel of toxic waste. Works every time.
