The price was 135 Euros by the Global Music store "Thomann". For my known at the moment the price is a little higher.I have changed the snare part of this Cajon. From the manufacture side you have only 2 snare rattles in this Cajon. I mount 4 snare rattles in it
Very nice. I wonder if you've got any recommendations for someone learning the cajon. I'm fairly musical, but have never really done any percussion to speak of. Really enjoy the cajon...seems like a neat instrument, but just need to learn some basics and some basic beats. Also...do you prefer the brushes or just using your hands. Thanks for any help you can offer!

yeah i tried it, it actually gets a pretty good tone down the bass end ... but then i'm not exactly a cahone expert :L

Another great way to play the cahone is with a litely toasted pita bread.
cook untill slightly crispy but still soft on the inside.
