go from pacifidlog island and surf to the currents. Stay south, until you reach a square area that you can dive. Dive there, and submerge at the area where you see the dots on the stone wall. Keep going, and use dig at the entrance of the cave. Then you will need to catch wailord and relicanth. Place the wailord first in your team, and relicanth last. Then clik on the middle area of the wall. First comes wailord, last comes relicanth.

basically, smearlge can learn pretty much anything, from splash to earthquake to shadow force

all the legendary pokemon are hard to catch, some just luckily,maybe easier to catch than others. once when i went up against rayquaza in emerald, i first hurt it into the yellow health zone, used hypnosis(Gardevoir), then, 1st thrown ball, i threw a regular pokeball and caught Rayquaza right there. i could not believe it. Usually, legendary pokemon are very hard to catch with just a regular pokeball.
